Meiwa International Business Process

1. Products Inquiry: You email or call us for the products inquiry, we quote for you with the products details,such as price, quantity, quality, and the lead time.

2. Order: If you deside to order products from us, you send the purchase order (PO) to us.

3. Payment: For international customer, after we get your purchase order, we send the invoice to you, then you pre-pay us by the wire transfer. For domestic customer, if you are not the new customer, after we get your purchase order, we ship the products to you with the invoice, after you get the products, you pay us. If you are the new customer, please pre-pay us.

4. Shipping: We can meet any shipping requirements: Fedex, UPS, DHL, Post Office,and forwarding company.

5. Warranty: Within one week after you get the products, if you find the products have problem which is not due to the transportation, you can get our return authorization number to return to us for exchange.
